CHALLENGE OPEN UNTIL 1 JUNE 2026
The Sarreguemines district is looking to the future! The elected representatives have launched the revision of the Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCoT), a key strategic document for planning our area.
As part of this, and after a first competition held from April to June 2025, they invite you to take part in this second photo challenge.
Whether you live in the Pays de Bitche or around Sarreguemines or Sarralbe, whether you are an amateur or a professional, whatever your age, let your creativity flow and capture what excites you!

To keep residents informed about household waste collection and management, #JetrieBitcherland, the Communauté de Communes du Pays de Bitche provides its member municipalities with a set of materials to pass on to the public.

MONTHLY PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAX
At the end of 2025, the Communauté de Communes du Pays de Bitche decided to introduce an incentive-based charge for household waste instead of the household waste tax (TEOM) paid with the property tax. As the decision was taken late, the tax office did not adjust the monthly property tax instalments to take account of the removal of the household waste tax.
People who pay monthly can change and adjust the monthly instalments of their property tax.
How?
To ask for your monthly instalments to be adjusted, you must state the amount of tax you have estimated, not the amount of the payments you would like. Only one adjustment request is possible per year.
- Go to the tax website at the following address and log in (tax number + password): cfspart-idp.impots.gouv.fr
- Go to the "Paiement" tab and click "Gérer mes contrats de prélèvement".
- Select the monthly direct debit contract you want to change.
- Click "Moduler vos prélèvements mensuels" and enter the expected annual amount of your tax (not the monthly amount you would like).
This must be done before 30 June of the current year to be taken into account that year.
SPRING CLEAN 2026
The next spring clean will take place on Saturday 28 March 2026; meet at 8am in front of the village hall. Don't forget good shoes, gloves and a high-visibility vest. Lunch will be offered by the municipality of Mouterhouse.
To help with the organisation, please sign up at the town hall before 22 March 2026.
