  • 7:30pm to 8pm – Picnic in the castle garden. Bring your picnic to continue the discussion in the castle courtyard and build up strength for the rest of the evening. Free, no booking.
  • 8pm to 10:30pm – Twilight walk. An outing into the forest at dusk to discover these little owls' habitat and what can be done to encourage them. Departure from the castle; bring head torches and good shoes. Free, no booking.

RULES ON DOG FOULING

A responsible owner picks up! Thank you all

For obvious reasons of hygiene and health, dog mess is prohibited on pavements, public roads, green spaces and children's play areas.

Given the nuisance dog mess can cause (visual, smell, health, or damage to public space), article R632-1 of the Penal Code and article R541-76 of the Environment Code class dog mess in the same category as waste, rubbish and unsanitary liquids.

As a result, failing to pick up after your dog on the public highway exposes the owner to a 2nd-class fine. The fine in this case is €35 and may be increased by municipalities that wish to (in some towns it reaches €450).

KOH LANTHAL

Once again this year, the Loisirs et Jeunesse association is organising a holiday stay for 11 to 17-year-olds from 15 to 21 July 2024. Registration is open now. For more information: Jean-Michel Zottner, youth leader / coordinator, 07 86 84 85 15.

CHILDMINDER

Registered childminder

"At Nanny Stef's we have so much fun: we sing, we laugh, we dance. There are endless activities: we play, we read, we learn, we rest too, we learn to grow up, and we're happy to come!"

A childminder in our village for 7 years, Stefanie Ringard has one place available now and a second from 1 July 2024. For even more games, cuddles, walks and good home-cooked meals.
