COUNCIL MEETING OF FRIDAY 21 JULY 2023

  1. Setting up the Municipal Hunting Advisory Committee

Every 9 years, the municipalities of the Moselle and Alsace must organise the leasing of communal hunting rights on their territory and administer the hunting rights in the name and on behalf of the landowners. After deliberation, Mr Tousch Francis and Mr Nies René accepted the task of sitting on the committee for the period from 2 February 2024 to 1 February 2033 and for the preparatory work before the hunting rights are leased.

  2. Allocation of hunting lease revenue

After deliberation, the municipal council decided not to have the communal hunting revenue assigned to it, and therefore to distribute the revenue among the landowners.

  3. Amending decision to the M14 Budget
