Highland Cattle breeding
The natural Highland beef from our farm is raised ethically on our small family farm. Our animals graze freely all year round, without antibiotics or growth hormone additives.
We sell Highland beef directly to private customers. We produce different types of meat boxes according to your needs
Balanced between cuts for grilling and cuts for cooking, we strive to make the most of the whole animal.
We have chosen to portion our boxes according to you and your family. The size of the cuts you receive is therefore adapted to the number of people the box is for (for example, in a box for 4 people you will get a roast for 4, enough bourguignon for 4, 4 steaks, etc...). We offer:
- For 2 people (approx. 5 to 8 kg)
- For 4 people (approx. 9 to 12 kg)
- For 6 people (approx. 15 to 20 kg)
Whatever type of box you choose, the steaks are packed in twos. For example, a box for 6 people will contain 3 packs of 2 steaks.
