MUNICIPAL COUNCIL IN BRIEF: MEETING OF 30.07.2018
-
General budget – Investment:
Fitting curtains to several of the school's windows, carried out at the request of the safety committee and not provided for in the budget, cost 794.30 Euros; this required the creation of a « school equipment » operation of 795 Euros and the amendment of the « unforeseen expenditure » line, which falls from 4053 Euros to 3258 Euros.
-
Right of pre-emption:
The municipal council would like the CCPB to exercise its right of pre-emption on the sale of a plot at Hoffeld and transfer it back to the municipality, which would need it to create an access road to the land further east, while still being able to offer a building plot on the remaining area to a prospective buyer.
-
Proposal to buy a building plot:
The municipality no longer has any building land to offer to people who would like to buy from it. The municipal council instructs the mayor to make an offer to a private individual to buy a 13.33-are plot at Hoffeld, located in a residential zone classified UA1.
-
Building permit for a covered area at the Christiane Rapin socio-cultural hall:
The municipal council approves the quotation submitted by an architect, for 2340 Euros including VAT, for preparing a building permit application for adding a covered area to the village hall.
-
Intercommunal local urban plan (PLUI):
Mr Bernard CHRISTEN of the PRAGMA consultancy presented to the municipal council the sustainable development and planning project (PADD) for the CCPB area and the municipality of EGUELSHARDT, at its current stage of development, detailing the objectives and the zoning plan. The municipal council discussed it. It should be remembered that the PLUI is a document that may still change, up until its approval after a public inquiry. The date of the inquiry is not yet known. We will announce it to the public as soon as it has been set. We strongly recommend that landowners come to the Town Hall during this inquiry to see the proposed zoning and the classification of their plots and, if necessary, to submit in writing any arguments in favour of a different zoning.

MUNICIPAL COUNCIL MEETING OF 09 AUGUST 2018:
Right of pre-emption:
-
The president of the Communauté de communes du Pays, which holds the right of pre-emption on sales of building land, has delegated this right on a one-off basis to the municipality of Eguelshardt so that it can use it to acquire a building plot in the UA1 zone at Hoffeld. Unanimously, the members present instructed the mayor to take all necessary steps to complete this matter.
-
Felling schedule for the 2020 forestry year:
-
The municipal council confirms to the ONF that it does not wish to include improvement fellings in the 2020 felling schedule, in line with the management plan drawn up in 2010, which only provides for such fellings every 3 years.
There is also no need to schedule a regeneration felling in 2020.
However, as a precaution, the municipal council asks for accidental fellings of an estimated 30 cubic metres to be included in the schedule, to deal if necessary with windfall, should any occur, in the form of trees blown down by the wind, standing dead trees or dying trees.
We remind you that:
-
Detailed minutes of our meetings can be consulted on the notice board outside the Town Hall.
-
And that our office can also send these minutes to anyone who wishes by post, fax or email, on payment of the actual costs incurred.
ROAD CLOSED
For an event marking the 20th anniversary of the Nature Reserve, by decision of the director of the ONF Agency in Sarrebourg, access to the Hanau forest road is prohibited on Saturday 25 August from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The ONF services will put up appropriate signs on the road.
